And then your screen girlfriend [Emilie de Ravin] kisses you and she’s got a split lip…
‘There was a big moment, which is in the script, where there’s a kind of kinkiness with the cut in her lip but that got cut from the movie – where I’m sucking a little bit of blood off it [laughs]. I think it was a little bit too weird.’

Pattinson Will Take a Pub Over A Premiere

You won't see heartthrob Robert Pattinson spending money on extravagant homes or fancy cars or flitting from one red carpet to another.

"That’s not my scene," he told me at the recent BAFTA Award ceremony in London. I’m more than happy to do the normal things and buy the things I bought before all this madness kicked off."

In fact, the 23-year-old actor, known among British media as "Our Patz," said he was stunned to open the tabloids and find pictures of himself "buying underwear at my local store."

"These guys must be hiding in the rails or something," he said of the paparazzi. The star of the "Twilight" movies, born in West London, said, "I didn’t go into acting because I wanted to be famous, I got into acting because I loved the creation and the making of good credible drama. Fame is just an extra added on."

Back in London to film "Bel Ami" with "Kill Bill" star Uma Thurman, Pattinson admits that he is unsure of what to do at premieres and other red carpet events. "Although I like meeting fans and love the response from them," he said, "I’m far happier
going down to my local pub, having a drink and sitting chatting to friends. That’s when I’m most relaxed."

Pattinson also expressed admiration for his "Remember Me" co-star Pierce Brosnan, known to audiences for many years as cinema's James Bond.

"You get to learn so much from these people," Pattinson said, "and Pierce has always been an acting hero of mine."

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart Photos: TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE Set

Image

Image

Image

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are featured in three more The Twilight Saga: Eclipse photos that have surfaced online since the DVD/Blu-ray release of The Twilight Saga: New Moon.

Personally, I can’t differentiate between these Eclipse images and the ones from New Moon. The characters look the same, they seem to be dressed the same way, and even the settings look the same. Perhaps that’s the way it’s supposed to be as Edward, Bella, and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) haven’t aged all that much from one movie (or book) to the next and they haven’t moved to some exotic locale, either.

Also, none of those images make Eclipse any darker than New Moon despite the fact that David Slade was the director of the latest Twilight Saga installment.

Bobby Long Speaks About Robert Pattinson in an Interview With LimeLife
The singer/songwriter talks sudden stardom, American girls and the dangers of being friends with Robert Pattinson.

Did you think Robert Pattinson was the only cute Brit who shies away from interviews? Last week in New York we caught up with singer/songwriter Bobby Long, a Twilight soundtrack crooner, longtime friend of Robert Pattinson and member of the ever-higher-profile „Brit Pack“ that also includes actors/musicians/longtime Pattinson mates Tom Sturridge, Sam Bradley and Marcus Foster. Bobby Long is preparing to release his first studio album this summer, and if it’s anything like he says it is, then you want to start downloading Bobby Long now.

Bobby Long’s “Let Me Sign“ for Twilight and “Who Have You Been Loving?“ from his first album Dirty Pond Songs have put him on the map in mainstream music and in front of, yep, gaggles of female audiences who are screaming to ride the British boy bandwagon. In the basement of New York’s famed Mercury Lounge, we thought Bobby Long couldn’t get any more candid…until he climbed onstage.

LimeLife: Bobby, most of us grew aware of you after you penned “Let Me Sign“ for the Twilight soundtrack a couple years ago. What have you been up to since then?
Bobby Long: I just got finished recording my first album and I’m really happy with it, so I’m looking forward to getting it out there. I mean, I don’t know how big it’s going to be but I’m really proud of it. I think people are going to respect it.

LimeLife: What’s the name of the album?
Bobby Long: I don’t have a name yet. I’ve gotten finished mixing it, so I’m thinking of names at the moment. It’ll be coming out in summer.

LimeLife: That seems like good timing, considering your affiliation with the Twilight series and the fact that Eclipse releases in June. People seem to know you best from Twilight –
Bobby Long: Yeah, yeah.

LimeLife: So was that recognition some of the strategy behind the scheduling of the album’s release?
Bobby Long: No, no, not at all actually. I kind of got that opportunity to have that song in the film and since then I’ve been kind of steering myself away from it.

LimeLife: Have you really?
Bobby Long: Yeah. I’ve been on tour [for the last few months] and I haven’t really done any kind of Twilight events. I’ve used the opportunity to kind of make my own opportunities out of it. I don’t really know with going on with [Twilight]. The only thing I know is that I had a song in it. That’s all I know.

LimeLife: Our audience at LimeLife is a lot of female adults.
Bobby Long: So they all love that film.

LimeLife: (laughter) Many of them, yes. And ever since we heard “Let Me Sign“ in it, your name just continues to stay in the news. I know you’re good friends with Robert Pattinson, and two weeks ago he was jokingly shouting your name for Marcus Foster to play some Bobby Long.
Bobby Long: The funniest thing about that right, is just that… it’s just a few mates joking around. All that was is just Rob enjoying himself at his mate’s show, right. Like, before my show, a mutual friend will shout out, „Play a Marcus Foster song“ or „Play a Sam Bradley song“ or something…like, „Play a song by Cher.“

(More laughter erupts around the Mercury Lounge basement.)

Bobby Long: It’s just winding each other up. It’s just a friendly thing. And then Rob’s getting criticized for it.

LimeLife: I don’t think it was criticism. It was just a fun story when we reported on it.
Bobby Long: But the comments on it! He hasn’t been criticized by the media, but criticized by people. I read [one comment], it said, „He’s a bastard.“ It’s just like, „Oh, f*ck off.“ That kind of stuff is funny. I just laugh. It’s something to show your nan, that’s all it is, then you get back to your day job. It’s just funny that someone reports that and sends it off, that someone spent 15 minutes of their life reporting it.

LimeLife: Oh, for sure…I did! So are people recognizing you yet?
Bobby Long: Um, I mean, yeah. Me and my girlfriend were in Starbucks in London and we were kind of arguing (laughs). And I got this message from somebody, „I saw you in Starbucks but I didn’t want to interrupt.“ That was weird. And I occasionally get stuff like that, people walking up or bumping into me and stuff. I don’t know how I’d deal with it. As long as people come to my shows, then it’s great. I’m fairly approachable, but it does frighten me a bit. But I don’t think it’s ever gonna get like that. If it does I’ll move to Mexico or something.

LimeLife: Oh right, like that would help! Can you attribute your degree of success up to this point to any particular entity or person or party?
Bobby Long: I mean, at the end of the day everyone needs a break, and my break stemmed from that film [Twilight]. At the moment I owe a lot to that film. I’ll always owe a lot to that film because it gave me my platform, but since then, everyone behind me who helps out has been amazing: my manager, my press lady, agents…everyone needs credit for just kind of continuing to push things forward. It’s one thing to be faced with an opportunity, but you have to keep it going; that’s the most important thing. Opportunities arise all the time, but the real thing is to try and develop it. To be able to sit here a year later [after the first album] and things are still cascading-without even a release [for the second albumb] is a really amazing thing. I managed to finance my own album from touring so much. We worked really hard. I was on tour for seven months straight. It was the most amazing experience of my life, but when I got home and had a week off, I didn’t quite realize how tired I was.

LimeLife: It’s going to turn into pandemonium soon — based on the audience that’s waiting to see you tonight, the fans are going crazy. They’re lined up around the corner, and they’re mostly female. So which do you prefer, British girls or American girls?
Bobby Long: Person to person, it’s different. I can’t really say…there’s great people on both sides.

Rob Spotted at Lyric Lounge (March/26)

Rob out tonight at Lyric Lounge.
An event produced by TomStu, featuring music from Marcus Foster & Johnny Flynn.
Apparently he's hanging around with Tom's brother and drinking Becks.

He wore the beanie all night, had his hood up when at the bar/in a public place, he was very smiley - I saw one or two people ask for pictures but that was it, he was very low key and no-one bothered him. At the end he was with Tom/Marcus/Johnny and friends & family and they were in a cordoned off area.

Translation of the Interviews posted in German Magazines

GALA

[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]

I want to be more than just cute...

'Twilight' Hottie Robert Pattinson on his career goals, flying fists and the dark side of fame

Only for a few seconds he looks into the interviewer's eyes before focusing on a random spot in the room, just to look back into her eyes shortly while tousling his hair. Robert Pattinson,23, is always in motion, he seems nervous, somehow shy. During the conversation, which takes place in Regency Hotel in New York, the teen star becomes calmer, maybe because this one time it's not about vampires.

I: In your new movie you are playing a student revolting against his superior father figure. Are you a rebel in your private life as well?
R: Not really. Maybe I'm just a little late to that party though and my rebel period is yet to come (grins)

I: Have you ever been part in a real fight at least, since that is supposed to be normal guys' behavior?
R: Not just once! As a teenager I maneuvered myself into delicate situations a lot and never realized it until the first hit got made. That was when it has always been too late.

I: So it was probably easy to shoot the fighting scene in the bginning of 'Remember Me' then?
R: Foremost it was frustrating. I hit the stuntman in the face four times. As hard as I could. And the guy just grins at me and tells me he doesn't feel anything.

I: You have two older sisters. Was it hard for you as a kid to stand up against them?
R: No. Lizzie and Victoria always supported me.

I: And what was the relationship with your father like? Did he demand a great deal of you like your father in the movie?
R: When I constantly received bad grades over a longer period of time he told me to drop out of school instead and look for a job. My dad has always been really cool which led me to talk back to him a lot. Maybe I WAS a little rebel after all...

I: You shot to fame pretty fast. Are you used to being a star now?
R: I think it's important to define yourself through your job instead of just being the teen star. Johnny Depp accomplished that. It takes a lot of discipline. And you need to be good at hiding too.

I: Hiding? But there's constant twittering your locations.
R: It just seems that way, I have some aces up my sleeve.

I: Your girlfriend Kristen is right in the spotlight too...
R: To be honest, that doesn't make a difference anymore. I'm always in the spotlight nowadays. I'm being told that this is part of it, pictures being taken all the time but I think that there should be boundaries.

I: Like what?
R: Everyone has a camera phone. If someone asks for a picture in a restaurant, that's alright, but I hate when people snap pictures without me knowing it. I'm not an animal in a zoo! (laughs)

I: What do you do to relax in your free time?
R: I enjoy reading and I'm a huge kindle fan, the device you can read ebooks with. One of the best inventions of all times. I just recently purchased a Dostojewski collection, for just $1. At that rate I will probably own 3 million books soon.

A/N from Robsessed83: OK, so the there's this issue with the word 'girlfriend'...the word they used in german could be translated as both, friend or girlfriend...IMO she meant it as girlfriend...not just wishful thinking, it really sounded that way, like she was referring to her as his partner...i mean why would she suddenly bring her up with no reference right?

Although the interview seems real, keep in mind that Gala could have rephrased the questions.

IN TOUCH

[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]

Pictures:

#1 I used to be a really bad student, I never did my homework either. My school reports always said that I didn't put in enough effort.

#2 I had to gain weight for my role in 'Bel Ami'. The character used to live under really bad conditions and drink a lot for about six years, that's why I want to look battered.

#3 Sometimes I think I should give up acting. But then I would probably end up working in a shoe store and doing movies is just way cooler.

#4 At home in London I'm able to walk around without much attention and do normal stuff. If I'd known it would be that way I would have come back earlier.

I am so scared of failing

Robert Pattinson (23)
The heart-throb talked to InTouch about the dark sides of fame, hysteric fans and his tricks with flirting

Sexy, cool and a bit melancholic: That's how Robert Pattinson managed to turn the heads of millions of girls. However, with the help of his new movie 'Remember Me' (starts March 25th) he finally wants to escape the 'Twilight' drawer. He doesn't want his fans to remember him just as the hot bloodsucker. 'I think I'd rather be not remembered then. Just extinguished.', Robert explains.

Are you not happy about the success of the 'Twilight' Saga at all then?
Rob: I am. The fame does have it's dark sides too though. The fan hype got to a level you can't really control anymore. Apart from that, I'm just worried I won't get offered more serious roles anymore.

Well that was not the case for 'Remember Me', fortunately. Are you a player like your character in the movie?
Rob: No, not really, maybe sometimes, always depends on the girl. Most of the times it won't work like that if you go out with the plan of going home with a girl. I can't even remember the last time I asked a girl on a date. To be honest, I don't think I've ever done that. I'm just different. (laughs)

What would you do if a girl rejected you?
Rob: I would say: Do you have any idea how many girls would want to date me, you moron? (laughs)

Which wouldn't be that far from the truth. Aren't the girls like lined up to get to you?
Rob: Yea, it's really weird. All that made me become slightly paranoid already. If I cross the street I turn around permanently, just in case I get stalked by a horde of girls. (laughs)

What was the craziest thing that happened with fans?
Rob: I think shooting 'New Moon' in Italy was the most bizarre thing. 60% of the extras were fans who applied for the job. So we were in this little town full of 'Twilight' fans and I had to take my shirt off in fron tof them all. That was really bizarre.

What things changed with the success?
Rob: I became more insecure. It's not just that I'm scared of failing, I'm also so scared of not failing. Either way, it's just hard.

Your fashion style didn't change though.
Rob: I like the grungier style. Most of my clothes I get from resale stores, I hate normal stores. Most of the times I leave them in the clothes I went in with.

IN

Vita:

Born: on May 13th, 1986 in London/UK. His mother Clare used to work at a model agency, his father Richard sells cars. He has two older sisters.
Career: At the age of 15 he worked behind the scenes in a theater, When the main actor got sick he took over the lead. An agent in the audience discovered him. Famous worldwide for his role as 'Twilight' vampire Edward Cullen.
Private life: He writes songs. His first cd is supposed to be released 2011. Maybe we get to find out more about his love life then?

Robert Pattinson: I'm scared of rebuffs

By now we know that he can bite. Now he is being all human in a romance, without a happy end. In it, the 23-year-old wants to show his darker side

Are there even female fans that do not want to wake up next to the sexy hunk with the wild hair after they spent the night with him? We did not think so either. The most important question still remains unanswered: Are Robert Pattinson (23) and Kristen Stewart (19) an item or not?
'in' asked the shooting star:

IN: Do you sometimes wish for the times when no one knew who you were?
Rob: If I started doing that I'd go nuts. But I admit, this hype can be too much. While shooting 'Remember Me' I just had to turn around a corner and there were 40 papparazzis waiting for me. That happens all the time. The most bizarre situation was shooting 'New Moon' though. Most of the extras were fans and I had to take my shirt in front of them. I never experienced anything like that but I would never want to go back to my old life.

IN: Because that would mean you would not have met your girlfriend, Kristen Stewart?
Rob: Well, what to say to that? I'd rather not comment on that. (he is all smiles)

IN: What is it like to be in a bar or restaurant together? Do you have to use the rear exits?
Rob: Yes, all the time in LA. As long as I'm alone I'm able to live a normal life when I'm in London though. The only problem is that all the bars and restaurants in Soho I used to go to back then are closed by now.

IN: Does your fame make it harder or easier when it comes to meeting girls?
Rob: I gotta admit that I'm even more anxious than I used to be. Back then I was just scared of getting rejected. Now I'm also scared of not getting rejected. You never know where something like that will lead. Love is exhausting. In the 'Twilight' movies it's all about emotions but how can you be sure to love someone for the rest of your life?

IN: The relationship with Kristen Stewart did not provide more security and inner peace for you then?
Rob: I basically get that from my closest friends. When I was shooting in New York, a friend lived with me for a long time before my sister moved in. That way I gain back focus and security. Playing the guitar is good to calm myself. I just bought a new one recently. However, if I don't know what's going on or I'm losing control I get really stressed out.

IN: When do you lose control?
Rob: Whenever the whole hype around me gets out of control. I get really anxious as soon as there are screaming girls around me. But I think everyone would become paranoid then.

IN: Have you ever been fanatic over something yourself?
Rob: There was a time when I was obsessed with Van Morrison but never excessively. To me, the whole thing is really special because it all happened more accidentially. I got thrown into it if you like. One day there was this article in an Australian magazine about me being pregant, ME! What can you do about something like that?

IN: But the fame always has it's good sides too. Don't you enjoy the fact that lots of designers want to work with you?
Rob: At the premieres I always wear things by Marc Jacobs, I really like his style. Obviously, other stuff just doesn't fit me. In my private life I prefer crappy clothes, most of the time I get them from resale shops, just because I don't wanna be like the rest of the world, living after the latest fashion trends. Luxury is not my thing.

IN: So we will never get to see you at fashion shows then?
Rob: Hell no! That would be too embarassing, my friends would probably go like 'Hey, what are you doing? Have you lost your mind?'

IN: What do you spend your money on?
Rob: Preferably I don't spend it at all. I always worry that one day my career will be over. Looking more closely to it I should probably buy a house. I gave up my appartment in Soho because I'm never there anyway and that's just really exhausting. Last year I almost bought a house in The States but then didn't. When you finally find the right one it's just so damned expensive.

Rob and the Story of the Manipulated Christmas Picture (Hilarious)
Very Happy - tyle mam do powiedzenia Very Happy

Some of you might have seen the following picture floating around on the internet before. It’s a manipulated pic, it’s not real. Someone photoshopped Rob’s head onto the Christmas sweater pic.

She was lucky enough to attend the Remember Me Premiere in NYC and had Rob autograph the picture for her. Here’s Rob’s hilarious reaction to the picture. Too funny. He’s such a great sport, I had to post it here.

Bel Ami filmed Wednesday at Dorney Court near Windsor Castle
A big thanks to eagle-eyed BelAmiFilm.com reader Jill P., who got curious when she spotted tweets from local residents claiming to have seen Robert Pattinson and Uma Thurman wearing Victorian-era clothes at Dorney Court. Jill emailed Dorney Court to confirm that it was in fact Bel Ami filming on Wednesday, March 24 and sent us the confirmation from Dorney Court staff!
Dorney Court is located in Berkshire, just 10 minutes from Windsor Castle. It has been home to the Palmer family for over 450 years, passed down from father to son over 13 generations. The luxurious dining room and lush gardens are no stranger to feature films. The Dorney Court website has an entire section dedicated to recruiting movie directors. This historic house is also open to the general public for tours.

Robert Pattinson in Budapest already?

Word is that Robert Pattinson has arrived in Budapest for the second leg of filming Bel Ami. They will be shooting exterior shots through April 20 when filming is scheduled to end.

Reader Carmmi says, "Rob has arrived today, and some people have seen him at the airport and in the city. They will filming at a church."

From Evie from the Hungarian Robert Pattinson site (http://www.robertpattinsondaily.hu). As I get new information I will sent it to you, and you can use the pictures from our gallery, because i don’t own anything

So as I know the filming will beginn tomorow at the andrassy street in Budapest. The street is closed up. Here is the famour andrassy street of budapest: [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]ássy út.preview.jpg (this picture isn’t from the set)

This street will be covered with sand (Tomorrow at 2.00 AM a van will arrive to the Bel Ami set which bring the sand to the shooting.)

The shooting will beginn at 6. a. m. and the location is a church too…
The girl who is at the picture with Rob at the airport said that Rob wanted to know about the city, and how can he go the centre :D He bought his gitar with him.. Somebody saw him later at a bar at the Király street…

I hope I could help you.

Sorry for my bad English :D :P

Twitter is abuzz today after reports surfaced that Robert Pattinson was spotted early Saturday in terminal 2B at Budapest’s Ferihegy Airport. Robert was photographed with fans wearing the same clothes that he was photographed wearing last night in London. Confusion followed, “how could Rob be in Budapest when he was just in London last night?” It should be known that Budapest is a short 2 hour and 20 minute flight from London.

According to Hungarian-based Robert Pattinson fan site [link widoczny dla zalogowanych] the photo of Rob with two lucky fans at the airport lead to a conversation with Rob of tourist sites to be seen and Rob reportedly asked directions to the centre (downtown Budapest.) The fans also reported that Rob was carrying his guitar case. Perhaps the charming city of Budapest will inspire some new Robert Pattinson ditties?

In the hours to follow, it was reported that Rob was spotted a bar on Király Street. Other fans reported seeing props erected along the busy Andrássy Street and rumors have begun circulating that Bel Ami will be filming with the props and backgrounds tomorrow. It is rumored that shots will also include a church.
