Ashley and Kellan Pull Out Of Twilight Convention This Weekend

Just Jared Jr. is reporting that, do to scheduling changes, Ashley and Kellan had to pull out of their scheduled appearance at an official Twilight convention being held in New Jersey this weekend (Aug. 28-30).

Sponsor Creation Entertainment is refunding the special tickets that were purchased which gave fans a chance to take pictures or get autographs from Ash and Kellan. The convention, that costs $300 and up, is sold out.

Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke, Edi Gathegi, Chaske Spencer, Justin Chon, Gil Birmingham, Alex Meraz and Kiowa Gordon are still expected to appear.

Sorry Twi-hards! The 24-year-old actor and costar Ashley Greene and have pulled out of a scheduled appearance at an official New Jersey Twilight convention this weekend.

The Twilight stars were scheduled to appear during the three-day convention for fans of the series, but they were abruptly removed from the lineup on the convention’s Web site yesterday.The event, which costs upward of $300 for premium tickets, is already sold out.

“Ashley and Kellan had to pull out of appearing at the convention due to a change in their schedules,” a publicist for the event told Life & Style.

Creation Entertainment, who is sponsoring the event, is refunding the special tickets that gave fans a chance to take pictures or get autographs from Ashley and Kellan, which fans purchased separately from the general tickets.

Robert Pattinson doesn’t seem to care about his appearance. In that sense, he’s the exact opposite of Kellan Lutz who, time and again, appears to be more manicured than even his female castmates.

And then there’s Kellan the Beefcake. Spotted at the gym working on his bulk, shirt off, giving many of you ladies the moist. Sure. I get it. It’s not my personal quiver trigger but the conventional appeal of a muscle man isn’t surprising in the least.

There’s also something to be said about a lack of vanity. About a guy who doesn’t try so hard and doesn’t care so much.
Perhaps I’m standing alone on this one.
