Rob, Kristen and Taylor will be presenting a new Eclipse clip at the MTV movie Awards. As a side note the show is set for June 6th which is not the upcoming Sunday but the one after.

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be at this Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards in L.A. Not only will they be showing their faces, but…

The trio will once again hit the stage together to introduce a never-before-scene from Eclipse. The three did the same for New Moon at last year’s Movie Awards and MTV’s Video Music Awards in September.

After the first Twilight flick swept last year’s Movie Awards with wins for best movie, best female performance, breakthrough performance male, best kiss and best fight, New Moon is nominated in five award categories this year.

According to Entertainment & Showbiz Robert Pattinson thinks he could take on Taylor Lautner in a fight and win – but only in the movies!

In the last year Rob has been reviewing videos of Taylor before he became the Jacob Black werewolf hunk who is his protagonist in the Twilight movies and fighting for Bella’s love. And Pattinson is learning that there’s nothing like a stunt double to get you out of a real life scrape.

In the movies R-Patz may have the edge. Vampires are more immortal than werewolves. Traditionally anyway. There’s no telling yet how all the old myths ultimately stand up in the Twilight world. Mostly everything we’ve believed about these mystical characters has been revised and updated to great dramatic effect by Stephenie Meyer.

In an interview Rob was quoted as saying “I don’t think I’ll ever agree to a fight” with Taylor. He goes on to say he would fight Taylor only if he “had some kind of weapon.”

Silver bullet? Not anymore…

NINE TO FIVE Australia Interview with Taylor Lautner

Waiting to interview one of the biggest stars in the world is certainly an odd feeling.

With remnants of coffee cups and bottled water sprawled across various
areas of the waiting area, it was a far cry from other press junkets,
where media are running from room to room, hoping for the next
exclusive.

In this case, for the third instalment of Twilight, it was a
much more subdued affair. The waiting areas were quiet, and only a lone
bodyguard hovered in the corridors.

So when Kristin Stewart walked past, with her trademark flick of her
hair, and shyly said ‘hey,’ there was no doubt who she was talking to. I
gave her a knowing smirk, and offered “hey” back.

NINE TO FIVE scored an interview with Taylor Lautner, perhaps better
known as his character Jacob Black, who fights off vampires by morphing
into a werewolf. Most of us know the story. Young girl falls in love
with vampire, vampire leaves to protect her, she’s devastated, werewolf
befriends girl and they fall in love, vampire comes back and the
love-triangle deepens.

Lautner’s Australian promo-schedule was hectic. Even so, he told me he
was excited to visit the country, and that the fans were very polite.
But it seems everybody wants a piece of the star. One can only imagine
the number of would-be clingers-on that now surround him. So how does
someone so young (he turned 18 in February), deal with all this success
and fame?

“It’s a matter of surrounding yourself with the people that you’ve
always spent time with, your closest friends and family and just not
changing that side,” he said.

“I live two different lives. I go into the Twilight world, and I
do that job – and that’s what it is, a job – and then you go home, and
you’re back with your family and friends and you live the same life you
did before.”

But life can’t be that simple. He’s the highest paid teenage actor in
the world; he has papparazi tailing him at every turn; he’s tabloid
fodder, and even Oprah is a fan.

It surely can’t go back to normal that easily. There can’t be an on/off
switch.

“(My life is) different; of course it’s not normal – I still can’t even
wrap my head around it.

‘‘You know you’re going to step outside and there’s going to be
paparazzi and fans, but it still comes as a surprise,” he said.

“The most important thing is that you can’t let it change your life and
affect you too much because it will drive you insane.”

“There’ are pros and cons to everything, but the pros for me heavily
outweigh the cons so I’ll take all the other stuff.”

Pros could include the millions of dollars he is making for the Twilight
films, and the adoration of all those women, and men, around the world.
His body is one of the most talked about subjects whenever his name
comes up. His abs even made it to No. 1 in Access Hollywood’s Top Five
Hollywood Abs’ list. He doesn’t get sick of the attention, but said it
can get a little embarrassing.

It’s rumoured that the director of New Moon considered replacing Lautner
because of the major physical changes that occur to his character in
the second film, but Lautner trained extensively for a year to secure
his spot in the saga, gaining nearly 14 kilos to reprise the role.

Perhaps if he had been cast as Robert Pattinson’s Vampire character,
Edward Cullen, he wouldn’t have had to follow such a strict regime.

He sometimes wonders what life would be like on the ‘‘other side’’.

“Just to feel what it would be like, just because I work with the
vampires, I want a little taste of it,” he said.

But vampire or werewolf, fame has afforded these Twi-stars many
opportunities.

Adoration, money and perhaps even power. It will be interesting to
follow the journey of these Twilight stars.

Lautner in particular, has a long career before him. From what this
journalist saw, his maturity will be the key to long-lasting success.

: About Kristin Stewart: “Kristin’s an amazing girl;
we’re extremely close friends, so (the media) can say what it wants it
doesn’t affect how I’ll look at her.” (Aww..I want a Taylor...)

: About Robert Pattinson: “He’s one of the funniest
people I’ve ever met. He has a completely different sense of humour to
me but I can’t stop laughing with him. Whenever we have to do scenes
where I’m having to hate him and scream at him, as soon as they call cut
I end up laughing at him so it’s hard to be mean to such a nice guy.” (So funny)

: About Dakota Fanning: “She is ridiculously talented.
I’ve grown up watching her films, one of my all-time favourite films she
was in, Man On Fire, so it was pretty cool to have her be a
part of this.”

: About the Taylor Swift/ Kanye West VMA drama: “I
didn’t know what was happening. (Moments after Lautner presented Swift
with a Video Music Award, West stormed the stage, taking the microphone
from Swift to announce Beyonce was more deserved). I thought it was an
act. When he (Kanye) got off the stage and she (Taylor) turned around
and I saw her face it was the first moment where I went, I’m so confused
right now. Was that real?”

10:25 a.m. PT Summit has allowed for video recording at the "Twilight Saga: Eclipse" press conferences. I, alas, do not have a video camera. What I *do* have is fast-ish fingers and a [currently] reliable
Internet connection. So follow along as I live-blog today's various
press conferences. Up first... Taylor Lautner, after the break.

10:30 a.m. PT Start time approaching. Anticipation building. Head hurting just a little... Also note that my signal is a bit iffy. So just cross your fingers for the next few hours for me...

10:34 a.m. Taylor arrives. Natty silver blazer.

10:35 a.m. "Probably the people around me. They're what I care about. They're my motivation." That's Taylor's answer to the first question, regarding what drives him. He says he also drives a car that
gets him from Point A to Point B.

10: 36 a.m. "I was bummed that I wasn't involved in too much action... I got to kiss Bella for the first time," Taylor says of new things in this movie. He says he and Rob didn't compare notes.

10:37 a.m. "I'm so thankful for the franchise and everything it's provided," Taylor says, saying he's had the time of his life. He says choosing future projects is a gut instinct. It's whatever he can
watch. It's also whenever he can finish a script. He adds, "I want to
challenge myself on a lot of different things."

10:38 a.m. Taylor says he doesn't have an entourage, but he has a couple guys.

10:39 a.m. "Occasionally you really want some ice cream," Taylor says, regarding the desire to cheat in his diet. He explains that it's actually just as difficult to keep the muscle mass as it was to
acquire it in the first place. He says it's 10 times harder. We don't
ask to check his math.

10:40 a.m. "Jacob matures quite a bit," Taylor says, though he emphasizes that the changes are all from the book, because that's what the fans want to see.

10:40 a.m. Taylor gets to work with Robert Pattison more in this movie. "Usually I have to hate him in the scenes and it's difficult. He's such a funny nice guy," Taylor says. Awww... "As soon as
they call cut, we just bust out laughing," he says.

10:41 a.m. The tent scene is his favorite scene he got to do with Rob.

10:41 a.m. Even Taylor is amused by his frequent shirtlessness. "Those are the awkward scenes, where everybody is fully closed and it's raining and I'm waiting there, the only person just
posing there."

10:42 a.m. Taylor can't tell us how "Breaking Dawn" will be split.

10:42 a.m. "Whatever the book says, that's most likely what we're going to do," Taylor on when he takes his shirt off.

10:43 a.m. "Chances are it might be a little different from the doll," Taylor says, regarding the "Stretch Armstrong" movie. He adds, "The cool thing with the toy is that there is no story," calling
it "super-exciting and creative."

10:44 a.m. Taylor says there are a lot more pros than cons to celebrities.

10:45 a.m. More on the tent scene, specifically the line where Jacob tells Edward, "After all, I'm hotter than you." Context matters. Taylor says, "It's another one of those lines that was a little
difficult to say to Rob."

10:45 a.m. "It's by far my favorite movie," Taylor says of "Eclipse." He encourages you to see it.

10:46 a.m. "Working with Mr. Cruise was really surreal. Making a movie with him would be one of my dreams," says Taylor of his experiences with Les Grossman at the MTV Movie Awards.

10:46 a.m. Taylor has never been in a love triangle, at least not since elementary school. He says he wouldn't want to find himself in the romantic situation depicted in the movie.

10:48 a.m. Ack. Awkward Taylor Swift question. No real answer. Clearly.

10:48 a.m. Taylor has only met Bill Condon once and very briefly, so they haven't talked "Breaking Dawn." He's looking forward to those conversations.

10:49 a.m. "I think that was definitely the right thing to do," Taylor says of breaking "Breaking Dawn" into two movies. "There's just so much to do with the Wolfpack and the Baby." If you could hear
his tone as he says "the baby." He sure sounds... wary. As he should.

10:50 a.m. Taylor's guilty pleasures are "American Idol." He hasn't missed an episode in nine years. "I can't believe I just said that."

10:51 a.m. "Yeah. I really... I haven't started thinking about it too much..." Taylor says of the "unique romantic entanglement" he has in "Breaking Dawn." He adds, "That will be interesting, for sure."

10:51 a.m. "I wouldn't say they're weird, but they're definitely passionate," Taylor says of "weird" fan encounters.

10:52 a.m. "It definitely is surrounding yourself with your family and the friends you've been around forever," Taylor says, regarding the key to staying grounded and not getting a swelled head.
"We sit at home. We're not that exciting. We watch 'American Idol' every
Tuesday and Wednesday," he says.

10:53 a.m. Is anybody else thinking what I'm thinking? Taylor Lautner should TOTALLY be replacing Simon Cowell as the new "American Idol" judge.

10:54 a.m. "Yeah, you can be creative. It's a matter of choosing where you go and when you go," Taylor says, regarding whether it's possible for him to go out in public. He says he has low-key
restaurants he goes to, but sometimes he just wants to go bowling, even
if it becomes a zoo.

10:55 a.m. Is there anything Taylor's looking to take home with him after the movies end, anything of sentimental value? "It would probably be those little jean-shorts."

10:55 a.m. The whole cast, they're all friends. Taylor can't imagine filming without the whole cast. They hang out on the weekends. "We will definitely maintain friendship for a very long time past this
franchise."

10:56 a.m. Taylor says that looks for stories when he eyes future projects. He's "super-excited" to get going on "Abduction," which starts production in three weeks.

10:57 a.m. Has Taylor ever fought for a woman in real life? "Yeah. Definitely. If it's important to you... Yeah, I've fought for a woman."

10:57 a.m. Another "Breaking Dawn" question. Does Taylor want to keep the "out-there" elements of the book. He says it's "super-important" to remain faithful to the books. "There may have to be
a few little changes here and there," he acknowledges. "I think that
Bill Condon, whatever he does is going to turn out amazing."

10:58 a.m. That's it for Taylor. Kristen is next...
