Today, David Slade sent a series of incredible tweets! I hope you are all following him on Twitter. He shared the above pic from the mountain top location where they were filming today. He lets us know they filmed Bella & Jacob’s emotional kiss scene, mentions a black bear encounter, & talked about the paparrazzi:

Today preparation, and the day off, tomorrow editing.

I don’t mind these pap pics, its just annoying when it stops us from shooting, or the images are completely unrepresentative of our shots.

Really really long paparazzi lenses make everything look terrible, one snuck close to set and was kicked off, another was arrested last week

We had paparazzi on the ridge about 1/2mile away, their pictures will look bizarre they would have had to use 1000mm+ lenses.

Yes we were shooting Bella and Jacob’s kiss on the mountain, its really a grueling emotional thing to have to shoot over and over.

New Interview – Jodelle Ferland Talks Eclipse
TheExaminer.com has a new interview with Eclipse newborn Vampire – Jodelle Ferland. In the interview they discuss how things have changed for her since she announced shew as playing Bree -

I understand that right after the news broke that you had joined the Twilight family, fans went crazy and you got some intense reactions from your friends. Has the hype died down at all for you?

Yeah. I mean at first everybody was going crazy and everyone was congratulating me. They’re still all really excited and it hasn’t…no, they haven’t calmed down that much. *laughs* I have a Twitter account, and that hasn’t calmed down at all, I’m still getting the same amount of followers. Everyday. On the first couple of days I was getting A LOT, and now its not quite as many everyday. But it’s been about the same pace. My friends have calmed down a little bit, but they are still really really really excited.

I’m sure you are too

Yeah I am. I mean, I used to be just jumping up and down everyday. Every time somebody mentioned it, I was like “yay!”. But I’ve calmed down.

It’s been almost a month…do you feel more comfortable going into the role or are you still adjusting to its attached intensity?

I’ve gotten used to the idea. At first I was completely shocked and I couldn’t believe it. But when you think about it, it really is just like any other set. It’s just that it happens to be a very, very famous movie. But it’s not really any different than anything else.

So you’re approaching it the way you would any other role?

Yeah

Are you making any physical changes for your role in Eclipse?

Well, I was hoping that they were going to cut my hair, actually. *laughs* My hair is so long, and it’s nice. But it’s too long, and it drives me crazy all the time. I don’t think they are going to cut my hair, but oh well. I already do gymnastics class. I don’t have to do it for the movie, but I’m just doing it anyway.

Eclipse Newbie Not Expecting Robsten-like Fanggirl Fandemonium

Robert Pattinson may need to have a little chat with Jack Huston.

Eclipse's superhot newbie isn't anticipating having to face screaming fanggirls clawing, pushing, shoving and biting for his attention.

The actor plays Royce King II, the good-on-paper fiancé to Nikki Reed's Rosalie Cullen, in a flashback sequence.

"I don't think I will [face the madness] because of my part," he told E! News at the G-Star Raw fashion show. "I'm actually kind of a nasty guy. I'm her fiancé who ends up basically trying to rape her. It's rather horrible."

There's a chance we may never have met Royce and the small but meaty part may not have even existed were it not for David Slade taking a meeting with Huston.

"I went in to the director and he very sweetly wrote this part up for me," the actor admits. "It was kind of a nice compliment from him."

Now, as for those costars of his…

Sadly, Huston has only spent one day on the set thus far, and that was with Reed, much to his relief.

"She's actually a real sweetie and the very first day she made me feel very welcome," he says. "We were away from the madness which is, I think, Robert and Kristen. I think they have hundreds of incessant fans following them, which, fair enough. We were quite lucky. We were in the park, beautiful, and it was fun."

The hottie, who's often compared to Johnny Depp, doesn't worry that those incessant fans will throw things at him because of the nature of his "cameo"-sized character.

"I hope not," he says. "I'll be like, 'It's not me, I'm an actor! I'm not really evil. I'm a nice guy.'"

Huston, who also can be seen in ABC's upcoming show Eastwick and walking red carpets alongside his girlfriend, So You Think You Can Dance's Cat Deeley, is humbled to be involved in the vampy franchise.

"It's a great film to be a part of," he says. "This is a small part, but a relevant part in the movie. I think it'll be cool. Hopefully."

Fajnie wygląda sfora w szlafroczkach! Wszystkie jednakowe, pewnie zafundowane przez Summit. Carlisle - bardzo wampirowaty i surowy, jakby zmartwiony. Pewnie martwi się zdrowiem Jacoba, a może jest taki w otoczeniu tylu wilkołaków. Pewnie czuje się nieswojo.

Melissa Rosenberg talks about Twilight
Just because Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart are such the perfect match on screen, Twilight screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg thinks it's time we mind our own business about what goes once the cameras stop rolling.

"Their chemistry on film is so extraordinary," Rosenberg told us at the Entertainment Weekly/Women In Film pre-Emmy party. "They were beautifully cast for those roles and their chemistry is amazing. I think people often confuse chemistry on-screen with chemistry off-screen.

"I think people should just enjoy what's on-screen and leave their privates lives wherever they are," she continued. "I don't actually know what they are."

So what scoop did Ms. Rosenberg tell us about our fave vampire movies? Read on to find out…

First up, Breaking Dawn. Rosenberg is not allowed to could not confirm she's going to be tackling the script. "That's still up in the air," she said. "We're still talking and nothing's been decided."

Eclipse's Riley (Xavier Samuel) will have a much bigger presence in the movie than he has in the Stephenie Meyer's novel. "This is a character that's really interesting and I got a chance to flesh him out," Rosenberg said, adding, "It's going to be really interesting watching the relationship between Riley and Victoria [Bryce Dallas Howard] growing."

As for the next flick to be released, New Moon, she said, "There's a lot of things that go on in New Moon that expand on the book. The conflict at the end with the Volturi is an example. Building on them is going to be really intriguing for the fans."

Among the other guests at the EW/WIF bash was Twilight's original Victoria, Rachelle Lefevre, who is doing just fine since her dramarama with Summit Entertainment, thank you very much. "To be honest, I sort of feel like I have everything," the ginger beauty glowed. "I have an amazing boyfriend, I love my house, I'm wearing a great Jay Godfrey dress and I'm at an Emmy party."

And we can attest to the amazing boyfriend, The Tudors star Jamie Thomas King—well, at least what he looks like. We got a peek of him at the bash and he is quite the hottie.

Recently, Booboo tweeted some pictures on his and his sister’s twitter. It shows him packing and waiting in the airport. he writes

Zdjęcia doktora ze sforą - rewelacja! Podoba mi się jak wyszedł Peter na tych zdjęciach. Nie mogę chyba przyzwyczaić oczu do jego poważnej, wystylizowanej buźki w koszulce "Killers". Ale poza tym, uroczo.

Twilight's Justin Chon: Dark Eclipse, Tighter Security

Get ready for darkness.

Twilight star Justin Chon tells me that director David Slade's Eclipse isn't exactly taking his lead from Catherine Hardwick or Chris Weitz.

"He's done pretty dark films so that's where I see [Eclipse] really gravitating towards—more of a dark kind of moody film," Chon said yesterday at BAFTA's pre-Emmy tea party. "Just shooting the scenes that I'm in, the mood is definitely different."

"David is very set on how he wants this movie to be portrayed," Chon said. "It's a lot more refined and maybe not as loose as the last two—at least for us humans. I can only imagine what he's doing with everyone else."

Chon also confirmed reports that Robert Pattinson has been living in a house rather than the usual hotel during filming in Vancouver, Canada.

"Security has been increased a lot," Chon said. "They're a lot more protective…If Rob was to go out in public without anybody, I think it could be pretty dangerous."

Even so, Pattz is dealing with the attention well. "It takes him a lot more time to get in and out of places," Chon said. "But he doesn't get angry. He's handling things great."
